今(13)日中午12點多，花蓮縣光復地區驚傳一起死亡車禍！弟弟騎機車載姐姐和外甥女3口騎乘一輛機車，疑似追撞前方大卡車後倒地，弟弟和外甥女傷重不治，姐姐目前急救後轉至加護病房觀察，這起不幸的悲劇，警方正在全力查明原因。

3月13日中午12時42分在台九線245.7公里（在光復地區）處發生一起車禍案件，由黃某駕駛營業大貨車沿台九線由北往南方向行駛向右停靠時，後方機車反應不及追撞，導致機車前座小女孩當場爆頭身亡，附近民眾見狀立即打電話報案，當鳳林分局員警趕到現場處理時，發現機車車頭已毀損嚴重，駕駛彭男（20歲)、後載乘客彭女（21歲)受傷立即送至鳳林榮民醫院急救，搶救過程中駕駛彭某傷重宣告不治死亡，彭女原本在鳳林榮民醫院搶救後轉至慈濟醫院急救，在晚間7點時，轉往加護病房，目前情況尚未穩定仍需留院觀察。

據警方調查，肇事大貨車在台九線245.7公里處，為聯絡工作事項往右側路邊停靠時，造成後方同方向由彭男駕駛三人共乘重型機車，因閃躲不及，撞至精選由黃男駕駛的大貨車左後車斗，前座小女孩頭部重創當場死亡，駕駛人彭男轉鳳林榮民醫院急救後不治身亡，後座乘客彭女陷入昏迷持續急救中

二者由醫院抽血檢驗均無酒精反應，警方初步調查，肇事原因疑為營業大貨車違規停車，機車未注意車前狀況，肇事責任仍待比對相關跡證進行釐清，鳳林分局表示，台九線245至246.5公里道路已拓寬，行經該路段時，須注意車前狀況及車速不可過快，用路民眾依限速行駛，遵守交通規則，才可以減少交通事故發生。



（中央社台北16日電）中國大陸考古學家近期確定了秦代「商鞅變法」發生地秦都的櫟陽宮，並在日前首次發現屬於秦代後宮的地下室建築和較完整的壁灶，為研究秦都發展史和秦漢時期社會歷史文化提供重要資料。

新華社引述主持考古發掘工作的中國社會科學院考古研究所研究員劉瑞說，透過多年工作已基本上確定三號遺址（正在發掘的櫟陽三號城址）應該是秦和漢初櫟陽宮的所在。今年工作主要是它的範圍，找城牆、城壕，把城址中重心建築的時代和性質盡速確定下來。

他表示，到現在為止，部分解決了三號城址的邊界問題，遺址中心高級建築為宮殿無疑，確為櫟陽宮所在。

報導提到，在命名為三號建築遺址的西北角夯土建築之下，發現了一個柱礎密布、方磚鋪地的近1公尺高的地下室，南北長5公尺多、東西寬4公尺多，面積20多平方公尺。

大陸考古學家李毓芳表示，這種地下室的下沉式結構建築，原來只見於漢代長安城的桂宮和長樂宮等後宮的建築中。「這個地下室的發現，使我們對整個建築有了一個明晰的認識，它應是高等級的宮殿，也即是櫟陽宮的宮殿。」

此外，考古人員在地下室的倒塌堆積裡，發現了原來只在秦始皇陵、碣石宮和黃山宮才有的夔文瓦當殘片。而這種巨型「瓦當王」（用於大型宮殿、直徑多超過50公分的瓦當）的殘片，很明確都是秦代的物品，且是高級的建築才有。

考古人員認為，這些殘片為整個建築的性質和時代提供重要佐證，進一步確定現在所發現的建築，就是秦和漢初的櫟陽城裡的櫟陽宮。

劉瑞說，除了在宮殿南側發現了作坊遺址之外，考古人員還在宮殿建築北側的一處東西向排房中，意外發掘出一座罕見的保存完整的壁灶，由於秦咸陽宮的宮殿先前曾發掘的一座並不完整，這次的發現從而為研究古代宮殿取暖設施等提供實物資料。1060116
